Got a new phone at work today. It's one of those fancy new phones ("new" meaning, apparently, any phone made since 2002, when I bought my personal cell phone, but I digress...) that has a camera built in.

I've been totally spoiled by my "real" camera, but I suppose my camera phone will do for quick/dirty pictures.

Speaking of my "real" camera, I managed to drop it from the location where I took yesterday's picture. The mounting bracket from the flash unit absorded the impact, cleanly snapping off at the base (where it attaches to the camera). Much to my surprise, the camera body and lens appear to be intact, and the flash unit functions fine, but I need to find a way to rebuild the base. I'm impressed that a camera could take a tumble like that without breaking.
