March 20: Dad's Crib (mile 0.0)

i've been here at Chateaux Rebuck for a few days, eating like a hog and visiting with family. I should be at the lodge at the trailhead in less than 24 hours.

looks like bad weather is moving through the southern appalachians, but there will be good weather for my start on thursday.
