Swim class. 2100 yards. I sucked tonight. Wasn't balanced at all. 100 kick, 100 pull, 200 swim warmup, then 4x200 (100 swim/100 drill [hesitation/finger tip drag/fist/one-arm), 3x200 back [pull/kick/swim], 3x100 free [pull/kick/swim], 150 pulls-and-roll.

I need to force myself to get to the pool more often.
