Great 40 minute core workout. My core workouts are really coming together. I used to do the exercises during commercial breaks, but now I can more or less just do them nonstop. Sittups, straight-leg sittups, 100's, crunches, bicyles, twist crunches, twist bicycles, side lifts (forward/back, up/down, circle... 70 total each leg), tables, tables+leg raises, tables+arms over head. Solid workout. Maybe I felt good on my run tonight because of the core work and stretching that I've been doing? Or was it just that my running legs are well rested? Hrmm... have to investigate.
