Indoor brick. 46 minutes on bike / 20 minutes on treadmill. I felt okay, but didn't have a fan on me during either part of the workout, so I was hot as hell. HR was over 160 on the treadmill when I was doing 6.2mph@1%.

Skipped workouts yesterday and the day before. I haven't been feeling 100%. Haven't had a good mental attitude either. I've been eating well, but sleeping poorly.
