3.0 miles, all at 1% grade, 6.0mph on the treadmill. Wasn't wearing my HRM, but my HR was probably higher than normal. My RPE was up.

Been sleeping A LOT lately, which makes me think my body is busy trying to fight something off. That, or I'm just a lazy sack of shit :-).

Been keeping up with my stretching and core stuff, but nothing substantial enough to even log.
