Trying to get my sleep schedule adjusted. Might take a few days, but hopefully once it is adjusted I'll be able to stick to something resembling a normal schedule.
Treadmill run after I woke up (at 3:00AM). The same treadmill workout as last night. 3.0 miles, 1% grade, 6.0mph. RPE for this one was low, but I once again wasn't wearing my HRM.
