Swim class. Coach Jim had us do a new one tonight. It was called "swim with stick". The idea is that you grab a long pole as wide as you can, then... swim. Very weird. Took 150 yards or so to get the hang of it. Weird as it was, it kind of helped keep me long and straight, because any deviation from long-and-straight would really slow me down. 2100 yards or so total, with tons of drills. 100swim/100breast/100back for warmup, then 200 each of swim with stick, hesitation, finger tip drag, fist, one arm, pull, and breast. Then 300 swim, and 100 cooldown.
