Masters. Forgot to log it the night of the swim... 200x[pull/kick/swim], 200 pull, 200 kick warmup. Main set was... uhhh... 6x150? Then... uhhh... 8x50? Then 8x25 breathing once for the first 4, twice for the second 4.

Weak workout. My mind was elsewhere.
