2007-11-03 Run

Whoops. Keep forgetting to log workouts. It will take a while to reestablish the habit.

Run with WDH after work, before bowling. Default (mostly flat) course down Market St and back. 4.08 miles. Slow pace, except one 0.5 mile stretch @ 7:00 minutes/mile. I should do more speed work (yes, 7:00/mile is speed work for me these days :-)). Felt good.
