2008-01-29 Treadmill Run

I'm trying to figure out how I want to log my workouts. I suppose I should just get back in to the habit of logging everything here, even if it is redundant with my Garmin 305 log.

Today was an AM treadmill run at the gym (with MBS). 4.3 miles, with some walking. Speeds from 6.5-8.0mph. HR was as expected for the speeds. Felt pretty good, considering I was still feeling my run from Sunday. I have to get my run volumes up a bit before the Lehigh Valley Half Marathon in late April. I'm not going to be setting any speed records for the race, but it should be nonetheless. I almost never run more than 6 miles, so long runs will be new territory for me.
