2008-11-10 Run steak at 1/2 year!

Same update, different month.

With tonight's run, my "run at least one mile per day" streak hit 1/2 year. The original goal was 21 days, because there is a school of though which says that it takes 21 days to establish something as a habit. I'm not quite sure how it happened, but 21 days became 30, then 100, then 183. Now I'm not sure when I should stop. I guess I'll stop when my body tells me to stop. Or when I beat JL's 280something day streak :-).
